He has been the Special Delegate in Spain to the Santander Free Trade Zone Consortium, a position he held since 2020. Between 2017 and 2019, he was the Counsellor of Education, Culture, and Sports for the Government of Cantabria, when he served on the Board of Directors of the Cantabria Regional Development Society (SODERCAN) and chaired the Board of Directors of the Regional Society for Education, Culture, and Sports. Previously, he served as spokesperson for the Economy and Finance, Education, Presidency and Justice, and Public Works and Housing committees in the Parliament of Cantabria, where he was a member from 2007 to 2015.

Mr. Francisco Javier Fernández Mañanes

Graduated in Law from the University of Navarra in 1994.

Member of the Senior Corps of Civil State Administrators since 1997, where he has been responsible for the management, direction and promotion of the legal and remuneration system of the civil service, the organisation of public administrations, the implementation of digital administration and the health protection of civil servants under the Muface system. He has spent his career in the Ministries of Education, Health, Public Administration and Economy and Finance.

From 2006 to 2011 he held the posts of Director General of Human Resources of the National Health System, Undersecretary of Public Administrations and Director General of Personnel Costs and Public Pensions, successively. Previously, he was Head of Cabinet of the Undersecretary of Health, General Coordinator at ANECA and Director of Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Universities. From 2012 to 2022 he has been Counsellor for Education abroad, in Poland, China, New York and the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as Secretary of State for the Civil Service. In July 2022 he joined Equipos Nucleares S.A.,S.M.E. (ENSA) as General Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors and as Secretary of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary company, ENWESA OPERACIONES S.A.,S.M.E. (ENWESA).

Mr. José Antonio Benedicto Iruiñ

Industrial Engineer by the ETSII of Gijón. PDD-EOI. Green-Belt.

In 1998 he joined Duro Felguera (Capital Goods), developing welding works and Project Manager. In 2002 he was appointed Production Manager. In 2003 he joined Equipos Nucleares as Head of the Services Division. In 2006 he moved on to manage the Business Development area. In 2009 he was appointed Director of Business Development and is responsible for directing the commercial strategy of the subsidiary Enwesa. In August 2012 he was appointed Managing Director.

Mr. Rafael Triviño Fernández

Degree in Law from the University of Cantabria and Executive Master in Business Management from the University Antonio de Nebrija.

In 1991 she joined Enwesa Servicios, S.A. in the Human Resources Department and later moved to the Financial Department. In 1996 she joined the subsidiary Enwesa Operaciones as Head of Accounting and was appointed Financial Manager in 2005, a position she has held until her incorporation in January 2013 to Equipos Nucleares, S.A. as Audit and Control Vice President.

Ms. Elena Díez Martínez

Industrial Engineer by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales y de Telecomunicaciones of Santander. Green Belt.

She has developed his professional life in Nuclear Equipment where he joined the Engineering Division in 1996. She has been Project Manager both in component manufacturing and in the Field Services area, and in 2003 she moved on to manage the Services and Special Projects Unit.

In 2009 she moved on to manage the Business Development Area.

Since August 2012 she has been the Director of Business Development.

Ms. María E. Vega Antolín

PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of León, PADE Graduate from the EOI (Economic and Business Administration), a SixSigma Green Belt from the Juran Institute, a Master’s degree in Administrative and Financial Management, and is a speaker at the MBA/UC and the Executive MBA/EOI-Gijón programs as an expert in Strategic Planning, Industrial Organization, and Foreign Exchange Risk Management. He has worked at Ensa and is currently Director of Finance, Systems, and R&D.

Remuneration and compensation

In accordance with article 8.1 f) of Law 19/2013 of 9 December on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance with regard to the remuneration of senior officials and managers, it is hereby reported that the gross remuneration for all items received by Mr Eduardo González-Mesones Calderón and Mr Jose David Gomila Benítez, as Chairmen of Equipos Nucleares, S.A., S.M.E., is as follows:
