GENERAL & BOARD SECRETARY

Graduated in Law from the University of Navarra in 1994. Member of the Cuerpo Superior de Administradores Civiles del Estado (Senior Corps of Civil State Administrators) since 1997, where he has been responsible for the management, direction and promotion of the legal and remuneration system of the civil service, the organisation of public administrations, the implementation of digital administration and the health protection of civil servants under the Muface system. He has spent his career in the Ministries of Education, Health, Public Administration and Economy and Finance.

From 2006 to 2011 he held the posts of Director General of Human Resources of the National Health System, Undersecretary of Public Administrations and Director General of Personnel Costs and Public Pensions, successively. Previously, he was Head of Cabinet of the Undersecretary of Health, General Coordinator at ANECA and Director of Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Universities. From 2012 to 2022 he has been Counsellor for Education abroad, in Poland, China, New York and the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as Secretary of State for the Civil Service. In July 2022 he joined Equipos Nucleares S.A.,S.M.E. (ENSA) as General Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors and as Secretary of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary company, ENWESA OPERACIONES S.A.,S.M.E. (ENWESA).
