We develop actions aimed at helping the people who work in the Group improve their performance or acquire new skills and competences that will enable them to take on a position of different responsibility. So, every year we design a Training Plan taking into account the strategic objectives and based on the proposals and priorities received from the different organizational areas and which focuses its actions on the following aspects:
Internalisation of the nuclear safety culture and implementation of good practice tools (HuP and CSN) to act on individual behaviour as a way of reducing the possibility of errors and improving competitiveness.
Adoption of safe working habits to avoid accidents and reduce lost hours (LRP).
Improvement of professional training to maintain the technological gap with our competitors.
Promoting digitalization at the different levels of the organization.
Training oriented to the transmission of internal knowledge and group culture (formative Fridays).
