ACHIEVE GENDER EQUALITY AND EMPOWER ALL WOMEN AND GIRLS

We have an Equality Plan approved by the Management and the Works Council (28 May 2008) and published in the BOE on 3 October 2008 (BOE no. 239) and it has been included as an annex to the Collective Agreement.

In 2010 the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality awarded us the Distinction “Equality in the Company”, in the first call for this accreditation, recognition published in the BOE on December 3, 2010.

Since the awarding of the “Equality in the Company” Distinction, every year we prepare and send to the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, a follow-up report on the measures implemented and their effects.

We are part of the Network of companies with the “Equality in the Company” label (Red DIE), an initiative of the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, to promote the exchange of good practices and experiences in the field of equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace.
