Contracts and contractors

ENSA is a public sector entity with a special status. Therefore, the preparation and award of contracts with suppliers is governed by ENSA´s Internal Contracting Instructions, which are themselves subject to the principles and general statements of  Spanish Administrative Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP): Equality, Competition and Publicity. However, the effects, modification and termination of contracts are governed by the rules of private law (art. 322 of the LCSP).
