Equality of treatment and of opportunities is one of the pillars of ENSA and is encompassed in the policies of Corporate Social Responsibility that the company has established to guarantee responsible business conduct.
ENSA has an Equality Plan approved by the Management and Company Committee dated 28 May 2008 and published in the Official State Gazette on 3 October 2008 (BOE no,. 239).
ENSA received the “Equality in the Company” award, given by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, in the first period for this accreditation held in the year 2010, which has been renewed periodically.
In the month of April, the Ensa Group adhered to the “Convention to promote awareness on gender violence”, subscribed by the Sociedad Española de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) with the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality on the date of 12 February 2018. The signing of this Convention shows the awareness of the Group with respect to this serious problem and its collaboration with public authorities for its prevention and eradication.
